At The Self Help Planner, we want you to love every purchase you make. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Digital Products (Planners, Workbooks, Bundles)
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all digital products. All we ask is that you use the planner for at least 2 weeks. If you don’t see any benefit or simply don’t love it, email us proof of use and we’ll refund your money—no hassle.
To request a refund:

Email us at Newsletter@SelfHelpPlanner.com within 30 days of purchase.

Include your order number and proof that you used the product for 2 weeks (example: screenshots of completed pages).

We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Physical Products (Planners & Journals)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
Accidentally ordered the wrong version (digital vs. physical)? No problem! Email us and we’ll help you swap.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds usually appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5–10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your bank/credit card provider, then reach out to us if you still need help.
